Voting form for Junior Representative on Club Committee

There is a post on the Club Committee for a JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE. This Member attends the Committee to make sure that Junior members have a direct link to the Committee. The Rep reports views and concerns of Junior members and, in general, looks after their interests.  The Junior Representative is chosen by a ballot amongst Junior Members only. A Junior Member is defined as "under 16yrs old on 31 December of that year." (2010 in this case - Secretary). There are two (2) candidates this year and Junior Members should choose a candidate and submit a form. Each Junior member is entitled to one vote. The voting form requires a member's name and email address, to deter spurious voters, but these will be removed before the election result is passed to the Club Secretary. Please make sure all Juniors are aware of the election and encourage them to vote.
